Invest in an intentional life.

Practicing law in the middle of a pandemic is no joke.

The weight of constant decision-making and risk assessment, surrounded by relentless uncertainty, takes a toll on our resilience. We’re balancing responsibilities at home, intense pressures at work, and the angst of feeling like we’re losing our true selves in the middle. It sets us up to feel like a failure.

But there is a way out of the cycle for brilliant women lawyers like you. I believe there’s a lack of empathy in the legal profession, but by supporting each other we can completely change our experience.

I can help.

I’m Laura, and I’m a practicing lawyer, a mom, and a life coach to women lawyers. I am doing this work right alongside you, and I know you want something better.

You deserve a joyful life and practice.

You deserve to feel amazing, instead of drained. You deserve to do less, with more focus. You deserve to feel appreciated, instead of overworked and overlooked. You deserve to feel rested and inspired.

Working with me can save you time, money, energy, and endless frustration trying to do it all on your own.

You invest your time and energy into solving client problems, family issues, and keeping it all afloat. It’s time to do something for you.

What if you invested in yourself?

The benefits of coaching are real. With my support, you’ll uncover:

Step 1: Get the weight off your shoulders.

Figuring out your values and what you love is where it all begins. Sometimes that’s the hardest part when we are surrounded by the noise of busy life. I will help you clear the clutter and home in on your unique values to lay the groundwork for intentional living and more fulfilling work. You will feel the weight off your shoulders.

Step 2: Build a life you love.

Together we will map out goals that help you start living in alignment with your values. We’ll break down the action steps to get started on building a life you truly love, little by little. With support and permission from a coach, you will feel empowered to make space and build new habits to help you feel the difference every day.

Step 3: Shine. Encourage and uplift.

With clarity, courage, and confidence, you are transformed. You shine authentically, attract the work you want, and build community to empower others. And when you’re living in line with your values, you are leading by example. You are the role model you wish you’d had.

 Let’s make it happen.

“Working with Laura has been inspirational. She manages to cut through all of the craziness of balancing work, family obligations, and personal life to help you find your values, your purpose, and your direction in just a short session or two. It would have taken me untold hours of self-searching to accomplish what Laura has done in only a few sessions together. I leave each meeting feeling recharged, energized, and excited about the path that we have charted for my personal and professional lives together.”

Lauren G.

“Laura exudes every aspect of exactly what you need to initiate change in your life. She is inquisitive, sharp, and asks you the questions you need to be asked. Laura will challenge you (in the best way possible) to identify and understand your own personal and professional values. More importantly, she will cheer you on and support you throughout the process as you work to honor those values in every aspect of your life.”

Laura’s coaching has helped tremendously in my ongoing pursuit to align my values with my career. She listens - like, really listens - and provides guidance that’s both insightful and practical. I’m thrilled to have her as a resource in my life… I wish I had sought out her services even earlier.
